Ryan serves as the CFO for The Hardenbergh Group; responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate investments, and tax. Ryan is also responsible for executing acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. He brings a history of transaction and strategy experience within the healthcare sector in both advisory and internal capacities.
Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Director in Corporate Development at Change Healthcare, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. Prior to Change Healthcare, he was a Manager within PwC’s Transaction Advisory group.
Ryan holds an active CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Georgia Tech.
