This session is designed to equip new physician leaders and Medical Service Professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complexities of this process. We will delve into strategies for new, ongoing assessment, and adjustment of privileges to meet evolving needs and standards. We will discuss the critical roles of leadership, MSPs and the Board in ensuring patient safety and maintaining high standards of care.

Dr. Smith brings 30 years of clinical practice as a surgeon and has held multiple roles in senior hospital administration making him uniquely qualified to assist clients to develop solutions to their complex problems.
Lisa brings nearly 30 years of experience with hospitals and managed care organizations, accreditation and regulatory standards, healthcare law, credentialing and privileging, start-up operations, mergers and acquisitions, physician relations, recruitment, and practitioner wellness.
