“I have been receiving a lot of support from the MEC for a total transformation in how we govern the medical staff. Most members who attended yesterday’s retreat have shared with me their desire to go all the way, to revamp our Bylaws and Rules and Regulations and bring us into the present. They are willing to follow your advice and recommendations in all aspects of governance, credentialing, peer review, etc. I am so grateful to you for helping us work through our perennial problems and giving us practical suggestions.
