Cara Ann is the Senior Director CVO Operations & Delivery for The Hardenbergh Group. Cara Ann is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of our CVO’s long-term partnerships. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience in Health Plan and Revenue Cycle Management, including key roles in Account Management, Client Delivery, and Operations at various organizations throughout the healthcare industry. She has extensive experience in leading a remote workforce, successfully managing a large client base, and specialized skills onboarding offshore teams to drive added performance and reduced costs. Cara Ann also has years of experience working on system migrations, acquisition integrations, process improvement initiatives, and implementing culture initiatives.
Cara Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
